Helpers since 1993. She opened up the Brokerage arm of the company in 2002 and
was named one of the top new Real Estate Agents in Boulder in 2003. Stephanie
currently serves as a Director for the Boulder Area Realtor Association and as a
past President and Director for the Boulder Area Rental Housing Association.
Katy Chapman joined the Housing Helpers team in 2003. She is a Boulder native and graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO with a degree in Mass Communications & Marketing. She has a background in Journalism, Human Services, and Fitness Instruction. Katy Currently serves on the Board of Directors of Volunteer Connection & Boulder CROP Walk and is involved in a variety of community activities. Katy lives in Louisville, with her husband Jonathan and their dog & cat--Lucia & Riley.
Stephanie and Katy love helping first time home buyers. They are patient and skilled in explaining all of the details of the transaction so that a new buyer understands the process. They also excel at helping seasoned home buyers and sellers. Many of their clients have commented on their high level of service in comparison to past transactions.
Amy Drost has been helping people find places to live with Housing Helpers since 2002. She has lived in Boulder for twelve years and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Economics. Amy is a math volunteer at a local elementary school and a Sunday school teacher. In her free time you will find Amy hiking on the Boulder County open space trails.
Tom Orlando has been with Housing Helpers since 2002. Tom is the Manager of the Relocation Department and a Housing Helpers Realtor. Tom Graduated with a Finance and Marketing Degree from Regis University. Tom is a member of the Boulder Area Rental Housing Association and is a member of the Boulder Area Realtors Association. Tom lives in Erie with his wife Veronica and their daughter Jasmine.
